Hawkins Partners, Inc. has had the opportunity to work with the Commonwealth Development Group team on a variety of projects throughout Middle Tennessee and the region. The projects range from a pivotal master plan for Downtown Nashville, the concept through construction of the Riverfront Park and Amphitheater, a significant historic site master plan and a 300 acre rural park and event center.
In every case, CDG had a unique ability to delve in and commit to truly understanding the project owner's specific interests and goals at every level, while providing clear, practical and timely direction to the project team members.
The CDG approach to a project is about so much more than just a successful outcome of a project in terms of schedule and budget, but also about managing - and enjoying - the relationships that are fostered along the way. When you work with CDG, you WANT to be on their team and go out of your way to help contribute to the collective achievement.
