Commonwealth Development Group was retained to represent the Freedom Forum, Inc. during the construction and renovation of facilities that make up what is also known as the First Amendment Center and the center for news room diversity.

This project was completed in conjunction with Vanderbilt University and is located on campus. Together we worked with the university to complete a new three-story office building with an underground parking garage, renovate existing buildings and facilities, and construct a new two-story parking structure.
