CDG was responsible developing the comprehensive master plan for the 300 acre Dugas Community Park located in Scottsville, KY. This former Civil War Encampment site is a gathering place for local events and community recreation.

The Dugas Community Park project is a collection of projects that CDG was brought in to oversee the planning for. Together with the Turner Family Foundation we managed the completion of:

  • Phase I Development – timber frame pavilion with kitchen, restrooms, and fireplace
  • Rustic/timber frame Amphitheater
