CDG is serving as Project Managers and has assisted the Millan team to plan, design, and budget for The Millan Center project, soon-to-be tallest building in Downtown Clarksville.
Arena Garage | Montgomery County Industrial Development Board
Montgomery County and their Industrial Development Board partnered with CDG to help acquire land and design a Public Parking garage with at least 500 spaces to serve the Downtown Clarksville community, the recently completed F&M Bank Arena, and the neighboring Hotel / Retain Development.

Church of the Assumption is a Parish within the Catholic Diocese of Nashville, working to restore their History building after a horrific tornado in March 2020.
Franklin Campus Auditorium Phase 1 | RHCC
Master planning began in 2021 to re-envision the 41 acre site that Rolling Hills Community Church calls home. The original Auditorium and support spaces were part of a warehouse renovation project. RHCC’s continued growth has prompted the study to expand the existing facility to support a new Auditorium.
