CDG is serving as Project Managers and has assisted the Millan team to plan, design, and budget for The Millan Center project, soon-to-be tallest building in Downtown Clarksville.  Working closely with the Owner, Design, and Construction teams, this project has been broken down into multiple phases, with the first phase (site work) under construction now.  Concurrently, the 10-Story Mixed-Use facility progresses with planning and design, to start construction at the conclusion of Phase I.
