Montgomery County, TN partnered with CDG, Inc. to help make the idea of Mayor JimDurrett a reality. He wanted to put a Sporting Event Center, somewhere in downtown Clarksville, TN to serve the community and surrounding areas of TN and KY as well.

Commonwealth Development Group put the design team, engineering team, construction management team, and all the other project teams together. From the summer of 2017 until now, this project has moved forward and maintained schedules set forward by the project team–despite material escalation, procurement lags, and the Global Covid Pandemic of 2020.
