Commonwealth Development Group specializes in more than just traditional architectural design and construction. The Nashville Fairgrounds and Fair Park projects include a new public park featuring athletic fields, greenway, pavilions, and a comprehensive dog park with plenty of parking and restroom facilities. Additionally this project includes the undertaking of the first phase of restoration efforts for Brown’s Creek.  

The Fairgrounds have been reimagined with the help of CDG. The new master plan is set to include a speedway, expo buildings and a Major League Soccer Stadium.
